Passionate Parenting Workshops
Parenting brings both joys and challenges. All parents have to walk the journey of getting to know their child and learning how to best parent them. The Passionate parenting workshop series brings together child development principles alongside evidence based behaviour and communication support strategies for parents. Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) approaches are utilised and this has been shown to be highly effective for parents in managing stress and emotional burnout.
The course is conducted over 6 weeks and involves a range of topics including communication, positive behaviour, relationship building, boundaries, siblings relationships and parent stress management.
The course is open to all parents and carers. If your organisation or parents' group would like to book a passionate parenting course please contact Rachel to book.
